The Team

Clover tradesmen are continually being "up-skilled" to deal with problems and associated with all aspects of building repair and maintenance and always carry out their work in a sympathetic and competent manner.

Management and tradesmen work ‘one-to-one’ with the client to achieve complete satisfaction at every stage of the project. Standards are constantly monitored to ensure client expectations are met and, on the rare occasion, when things go wrong, a speedy and satisfactory solution is reached.

Glyn Wilkins – Managing Director

Glyn has over 25 years experience in the building business. A tradesmen by profession, Glyn ensures the skilled workforce he employs apply the same high standards that have helped him build Clover’s success over the last 20 years.

His commitment ensures client’s requirements are met with efficiency, courtesy and professionalism. He is the first point of contact in discussing new projects and providing information on the services the company provides.

John Wilkins – Office Manager

John joined Clover in 1992 as Office Manager and is responsible for general financial reconciliation, purchasing and payment of materials and equipment, also, personnel matters.  John considers that our staff are our greatest asset, and is totally committed to ensuring Clover have a skilled and motivated workforce to meet the needs of our customers.

In addition to his management skills he has particular ability in IT systems and is responsible for the implementation of office systems and work applications in use throughout the company.

Dan Carr – Project Manager

Daniel has a wealth of trade and management experience and has responsibility for surveying the damaged property and recording the cause and extent of the damaged area, in addition, the survey and preparation of legislative Health & Safety documentation and the detailed costing of the remedial works.

Daniel plays a pivotal role in fulfilling Clover’s commitment to quality at every stage of the project.  For many clients he will be the first face they see, whether it’s surveying a property before work commences or rigorously checking on progress as work commences.

Brent Colledge - Operations Manager

Brent works closely with the customer and is responsible for the managing, monitoring and co-ordination of the works on a day-to-day basis, he ensures the works are completed within the target time and that our high standards of workmanship have been achieved at every stage.

Brent feels that the significant changes in legislation, techniques and processes, dictate that we must invest significantly in training.  He is fully committed to maintaining our CITB apprenticeships and developing all new and existing staff.

Amy Hacker - Office Supervisor

Amy is responsible for the smooth running of the Accounts Department and has developed operational systems to manage the high volume of paper & electronic information associated with private and insurance works claims.  With her ‘inside knowledge’ of the system, she is well able to answer 99.9% of all queries.

Amy is rigorous in the selection of our suppliers and sub-contractors, their ability to offer a quality service and value for money is foremost in her thoughts, this ensures that Clover only deal with suppliers who can achieve our high quality of service.

Helen Harper - Receptionist

Probably the first voice you will hear when you phone us, Helen is responsible for channelling all customer’s queries to the appropriate department, passing on information and generally keeping a record of where everyone is.

Helen also inputs information on to our database she is therefore a source of information for work in progress.
