Our Senior Management Team is made up of Managing Director Glyn, Director- Dan, Project Director Liam, Project Manager- Tayler and Health and safety manager- Alan.
Together, their combination of decades of hands-on experience and visionary leadership has shaped Clover Maintenance since 1988.
With deep roots in the decorating and renovation industry, our management team combines traditional craftsmanship values with modern business practices to deliver exceptional results.
Having overseen the company’s growth from a small family operation to the West of England’s trusted renovation specialists, our management team leads by example, maintaining the prompt, friendly service that has become our hallmark while continuously seeking ways to improve and innovate.

Our Plasterers
Ben, Harley, James, and Tom bring both traditional lime plastering skills and modern techniques to every project. Their expertise is particularly valuable when working with listed buildings, where preserving historical authenticity while ensuring structural integrity requires exceptional skill and knowledge.
Our Bricklayers
Kelvin and Shaun provide the solid foundation for our renovation and rebuild projects. From disaster recovery work to structural modifications, their mastery of both traditional and contemporary bricklaying
