Our Process

Job Allocation & Acceptance

Once the job is allocated to us, we are required to accept it.

Initial Contact & Survey

After the job is confirmed, we will contact you to arrange an initial visit with one of our surveyors. This will help them assess the extent of the damage.

Schedule of Works

Following the initial visit, our surveyors will prepare a schedule of works, which outlines the tasks to be completed.

Insurance Approval

The schedule of works will be sent to your insurance company for approval and authorisation

Update & Documents

Once approved, we will contact you to update you on the progress. We will also send out forms for you to sign and return, which may include the excess payment, mandate form, health and safety information and a copy of the schedule of works. Some of these documents may not be applicable.

Health and Safety Team

Upon receiving the signed documents, we will forward them to our health and safety team, who will prepare the RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement)

Start Date Scheduling

After everything is in place, we will start looking for a suitable start date for the works.

We will contact you to discuss the start date and the estimated duration of the works. If you require alternative accommodations and/or storage, we will need to ensure that i

Completion & Satisfaction

Once the works are completed, we will reach out to ask you to complete a satisfaction survey regarding the works carried out.
